In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase or find you have bought the wrong size and wish to exchange or refund; please contact us using the form on this website and the heading 'returns'. All returns must be made using tracked postage within 30 days of purchase. We will only accept a return if the item is in it's original saleable condition complete with tags. It should be unworn with the exception of having tried it on. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions. Please avoid using strong smelling fragrances or deodorants when trying our clothing.
Faulty items will be exchanged or refunded.
Please note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or sample sales.

Once you have submitted an order, your submission constitutes an offer to purchase goods from We Can Be. In doing so you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under English law.
Pricing is exclusive of delivery charges which may be applied at checkout.
We Can Be retain ownership of all items until customer payment is cleared.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through STRIPE. We also conduct transactions through PAYPAL.
We charge your card or account the moment the order is placed.
All prices are displayed in GBP.
We Can Be is not responsible for customs, duty or import taxes. Responsibility for paying these charges rests with the customer.
All orders are despatched the following Friday weekly. Please be patient!
